Our threat-led cyber risk advisory services are designed to help organisations understand and manage their cybersecurity risks by focusing on the threats that are most likely to impact them. Rather than bringing large, complex and unmanageable frameworks to bear, we focus on the areas of largest risk and aim to have disproportionate risk reduction as a result. Whilst cyber seems a daunting risk area to tackle, our consultants provide expert advice in easy to digest, business focussed language. 

To do this, we use a threat-led approach that involves continuous monitoring of the latest cyber threats and vulnerabilities, and apply that knowledge to identify and prioritise the risks that are most relevant to our clients. This approach allows us to provide bespoke recommendations for improving security and reducing the likelihood of a cyber attack.

We provide expert support to organisations in need of cybersecurity leadership, but without the cost and resources required to hire a dedicated Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). By offering CISO-as-a-Service, we are able to provide organisations with the benefits of having a CISO without the need for a full-time hire.

Scenarios are built using the latest threat intelligence appropriate to your organisations most likely threats, with dynamic injects to challenge and rigorously test the resilience of organisations. These can take place at all levels of incident response and include a full spectrum TTX including your strategic decision makers, operational leaders and tactical colleagues.

We also support Major Incidents, providing consultancy, support and leadership through very challenging times. We direct organisations, coach decision makers and support recovery directly. Post incident, we exploit on our threat-led cyber risk advisory expertise to mature organisations rapidly and reduce the likelihood of a major incident reoccurring with maturity assessments and roadmaps to build resilience.  

We provide practical training to executives on the personal and business risks associated with cyber threats. The training is designed to help executives understand the importance of cybersecurity and the role they play in protecting their organisation's assets and data.

Our sessions use real-world examples to illustrate the impact of cyber threats and help executives understand the potential consequences of a cyber attack. The training covers a range of topics, including how to recognise and prevent cyber threats, the importance of implementing security best practices, and the role of the executive in leading their organisation's cybersecurity efforts.

Additionally, we can deliver sessions on how to handle cyber incidents, bespoke tabletop exercises and one-on-one coaching where it will help the organisation respond to incidents.

Private Client services are designed to provide specialised protection to high-profile, high-risk, and high net worth individuals who are at an increased risk of cyber attacks due to their public profile or wealth. The service is designed to help these individuals protect their personal and professional assets and data from cyber threats. We travel globally and service a range of needs for our clients.

The service includes a range of measures to help protect against cyber threats, including assessments of the individual's home security, network, devices (including families), and systems to identify potential vulnerabilities. We work quickly to establish best practices and continually support clients either remotely or with regular meet-ups. We can also work directly with our client's existing security teams.

In addition, the service may include ongoing monitoring and support to help identify and mitigate emerging threats in real-time, as well as a dedicated team of cybersecurity experts to provide personalised support and guidance.
